Herrmann, et al.</a> The case pits Oklahoma against Texas over rights to water from the river that forms part of the border between them. That's a little less than 30 miles northeast of Oklahoma City. The quake's magnitude was 4.2. Other tremors had magnitudes between 2.8 and 4.2.<p>Geophysicist Austin Holland told reporter Michael Cross of member station K-O-S-U that scientists will investigate what's behind the tremors.
