People who like to run through the Baskett Slough National Wildlife Refuge were stunned by a new sign. According to the Statesman Journal, the signs at a trailhead there say: No Dogs, Horseback Riding and No Jogging. Hiking is apparently fine. Wildlife officials warn that running people can stress out the animals and might even interfere with their breeding.<p>It's MORNING EDITION. Many runners and spectators wore black ribbons to honor the three people killed and the more than 170 injured in two bombings.<p>Tsegaye Kebede of Ethiopia took the London race — the second time he has won the event. The marathon drew 36,000 participants, and organizers expect about 34,500 to finish the race. During the Free State Trail Run in Lawrence, Kansas, competitors and spectators were urged to donate to Boston charities.
