Colorado’s snow pack is at just 2 percent of average, with multiple river basins like Arkansas, Colorado, Upper Rio Grande, Gunnison and combined San Miguel, Dolores, Animas and San Juan river basins reporting no measurable snow.
Colorado’s monsoon season typically starts in mid to late July, and is the only hope on the horizon for Colorado's agricultural community.
