Flagstaff Residents Warned Of Rogue Panda

RENEE MONTAGNE, host:

Good morning. I'm Renee Montagne.

An electronic sign on a busy street in Flagstaff, Arizona was supposed to inform drivers not to turn left at the intersection. This week, commuters were warned of something rather different: rogue panda on rampage. The Arizona Daily Sun reports the police response to the prank: We want to assure all citizens of Flagstaff there is no problem with rogue pandas, though police added: Please call us should you spot a rogue panda.
