GOP Claims Obama's Budget Is DOA, Debt On Arrival

President Obama's proposal for next year's budget was delivered to Congress on Valentine's Day, but it didn't capture many hearts there. House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan faulted the budget for not including recommendations the president's fiscal commission had made on reducing entitlement spending for Social Security and Medicare. Some Democrats were taken aback by its sharp cuts in social spending.
