Gulf Coast Oysters To Be On Thanksgiving Tables

At dinner tables in Louisiana this week, thanks will be given for oysters. Oyster stuffing is a culinary tradition there. The BP oil spill threatened to destroy the Gulf Coast seafood industry. In New Orleans, renowned Cajun chef John Folse told the AP that Thanksgiving without oysters would be "kind of sacrilegious."
