iPad Deal Was Too Good To Be True

MARY LOUISE KELLY, host:

Good morning. I'm Mary Louise Kelly.

Bargain hunters browsing the Sears website over the weekend must've thought they'd struck gold. The site featured an ad for the Apple iPad for only $69. That's a fraction of the usual $745 price tag, so customers rushed to place their orders. Unfortunately the price was the result of a typo by a third party seller. Sears is not making good on the orders and it's issued a statement apologizing.
