British defense officials are auctioning off an old aircraft carrier, the HMS Ark Royal. And according to The Wall Street Journal, a Hong Kong-based investment company has an idea for what to do with it.

The company is called Eagle Vantage Asset Management and it plans to transform the decommissioned carrier into a high-end luxury mall. Not just a place to buy fancy jewelry but your one-stop shop for things like yachts and private jets.
