Rep. Issa Collects Bussinesses' Complaints

Republicans in Congress are taking aim at government regulations they say are helping keep the unemployment rate high. On Monday, Chairman of the House Oversight Committee Darrell Issa released letters he solicited from businesses about regulations they say are overly burdensome. Critics say the business community is taking advantage of the economic climate to target regulations they've long opposed, even in good economic times.
