Surprise Win Has Ivory Coast In Turmoil

Tensions are growing in the West African state of Ivory Coast after a presidential run-off resulted in a surprise win for the leader of the opposition, Alassane Ouattara. Incumbent President Laurent Gbagbo has rejected the outcome and the government he controls is seeking to overturn it.
