Tap Shoes May Not Shuffle Off To North Korea

Good morning. I'm Renee Montagne.

A new report from the United Nations reveals some unexpected items seized as they were headed to North Korea, like dozens of tap dancing shoes. The U.N. has banned North Korea from importing luxury goods, and apparently that includes tap shoes. One diplomat told Reuters it wasn't clear how the tap shoes might fit into Kim Jong Il's lavish lifestyle, though the leader is known to enjoy elaborate stage performances by North Korean dancers.
