TBD Colorado…To Be Determined

The Governor’s TBD initiative will host six public meetings across the state this month. The goal is to hear from as many Coloradans as possible about the big policy challenges facing the state. Lawmakers in both parties praise the initiative, but many question what will come from it.

KUNC’s state capitol reporter Bente Birkeland has more.

TBD meetings will be held this Saturday, June 9th in Durango, Glenwood Springs and Pueblo. The final three meetings will be held Saturday, June 23rd in Colorado Springs, Denver and Greeley.

Bente Birkeland has been reporting on state legislative issues for KUNC and Rocky Mountain Community Radio since 2006. Originally, from Minnesota, Bente likes to hike and ski in her spare time. She keeps track of state politics throughout the year but is especially busy during the annual legislative session from January through early May.
