Trade Pacts Should Help With Export Goal

The Obama administration is stepping up its pursuit of free trade agreements, but not fast enough to satisfy some Republicans. The White House has cautiously embraced trade talks as a way to boost exports and create jobs. Administration officials say they have to drive a hard bargain to satisfy the many Americans who've grown skeptical about the benefits of free trade.
