The suspect in the Aurora Theater Shootings, James Holmes, made his first appearance in a court room yesterday morning. Silent during the proceedings, he was advised of the severity of the charges to be brought against him. Video of the court appearance is archived here. The court appearance was not an arraignment, officials announced that he will be formally charged next Monday.
