Speaking earlier on Thursday in Golden, CO Mitt Romney said "I've got a little report card here." With that he produced the aforementioned card and gave the President marks on his record.

Romney was speaking at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds during a campaign stop that focused primarily on the economy. The second campaign stop of the day in Colorado is a fundraising event held in Basalt.
