War Crimes Charged As Misrata Battles

The struggle for the western Libyan city of Misrata continues amid reports of war crimes by forces loyal to Moammar Gadhafi. The city has been under siege for more than two months, and the brutal fighting has left hundreds of civilians dead or injured.
