Colorado State University in Fort Collins is reporting 34 layoffs at the end of its 2010-2011 fiscal year. That’s much lower than the anticipated 95 faculty and 150 staff layoffs projected during springtime budget planning, according to CSU Spokesperson Brad Bohlander.

A new center has been created at Colorado State University.  The aim is to strengthen science and mathematics outreach for teachers and the community.
