A warm welcome is only the beginning; the staff members work tirelessly to help people with any type of disability to gain the self-confidence, legal aid and funds necessary to live independently.
Sonia Gonzales and her daughter were homeless until they received a place to live from the Greeley Transitional House . Gonzales and her daughter stayed at the Transitional House for three months, then Connections helped Gonzales find her own place.
