A local developer has some big plans for the town of Timnath in Larimer County, including a city center with a $100 million price tag. Northern Colorado Business Report Publisher Jeff Nuttall is joining us to talk about what changes may be on the horizon.

The city of Timnath will not be the home of a new $12-million plastics manufacturing plant. The Loveland-based Eldon James Corporation has walked away from the project.  

The Timnath planning commission has approved a 75-thousand square-foot state-of-the-art facility to be built by plastics manufacturer Eldon James – which at the moment is based in Loveland. KUNC's Brian Larson spoke to Northern Colorado Business Report Publisher Jeff Nuttall about the move.
